COMMON QUESTIONS

What do you have for children?
We offer two classroom environments: pre-k (ages 0-4) and elementary (ages 5-11). They are fun, educational, and led by loving adults who have been trained.

When do children go to their classrooms?
Families participate in the first half of the service together. Halfway through, the children are dispatched with their teachers to head to their classrooms.

How long is the service?
We aim for one hour every week.

What does the service involve?
Worship by singing songs, prayer, communion, moments for connection, announcements, a sermon, and a closing blessing (called a benediction).

What time should I arrive?
We’d love to get to meet you and help you get settled into our space! 15-minutes early is great, and it gives you time to enjoy some coffee and pastries! We begin welcoming people as early as 10:30am!

What should I wear?
Clothes, definitely! Beyond that, it doesn’t really matter. Some people are more formal (especially during holidays) while others (including our staff!) are pretty casual every Sunday. Wearing jeans and a hat wouldn’t be out of place, but neither would a blazer with khaki pants!

Is this church only for young families or those with kids?
Not at all! Our church has retirees, young parents, people that are single, and those that are married.

What kind of songs do you sing?
A mixture of hymns, modern worship songs, and newer songs released in the past several years.

How big is the church?
We like to say that we’re a small church making a big impact. On any given Sunday, you can expect anywhere from 10-20 people engaged in our service. Special events and holiday services might have more!
